Capsules of Protection

Throughout our daily lives, we come into contact with many different energies—through people, spaces, relationships, work, and the environments we move through.

In this online workshop, we will explore how these outside energies can influence our emotional, mental, physical, and energetic well-being, and how to recognize when we may be carrying something that does not belong to us.

Together, we will move through the understanding of energetic boundaries and learn how to create a capsule of protection around our energy—one that allows us to remain open and present without becoming overwhelmed, interfered with, or affected by what is happening around us.

We will share basic principles and practices for:

• Releasing energy that is not your own
