Rose Healing Ceremony

Roses are more than flowers – they are living medicine, carriers of ancestral wisdom, keepers of the divine feminine, and conduits for aligning mind, body, and spirit. The rose opens our hearts, soothes our nervous systems, and connects us to our inner temples. This medicine is a spiritual ally with origins from many ancient cultures that have worked with this plant for a wide range of healing.

Each participant will receive a 20-minute 1:1 healing, working intimately with the power of the rose. This rose healing comes from a long tradition of Mexican Grandmothers and has been passed down to the ceremonlist, Shaina, to create for you. 

The ceremony will unfold in four sacred moments:

1. Rose Tea Meditation: We'll begin by sharing a ceremonial rose tea, dropping into our intentions, and creating a sacred space of presence and connection.
