Day 2: Wind Breath, expand, connect With the breath of the wind, we expand and connect deeply with the freedom of nature. Morning: Breathwork and a light breakfast to start the day with clarity, followed by whale watching and nature exploration. Afternoon: A soulful Mambeo ceremony to honor the spirit of the plants, followed by time for personal reflection. Evening: An intimate dinner, followed by an air ritual to release and transform, connecting to our vulnerability. Day 3: Water Flowing with the current of change Flowing with the rhythm of water, we cleanse and renew, embracing deep healing. Morning: Breathwork and a light breakfast, followed by a river adventure, connecting with sacred waters through cleansing rituals. Afternoon: A healing and clearing plant bath for release and renewal. Evening: A shared dinner, followed by an evening of water movement, releasing, and tuning into inner pleasure and freedom. Arriving to Jose Maria Cordova International Airport We ask that you arrive on the 8th of July for our first meeting point in Medellin. We can help arrange taxi for pick up at the airport that can take you to the hostel. See below hostel link with prices $80-$110 per night, we recommend we all stay in the same place the first night and have transportation to the airport to go to Nuqui.
